Situated on a site with a large well, the apartments are in three buildings composed around a public space rich with landscape and terraced down to the basement level. Common amenities (a pool, indoor games and a squash court) occupy this lower level.

 

The buildings are wrapped with simple, tight facades of plaster and exposed brick on the exterior and highly articulated planes of timber and glass on the interior facing this public realm within - like a piece of quartz split open to reveal a source of water.

 

Each building has two apartments each with large verandahs looking onto the central space.
