This 12,000 sft. corporate office for a property developer was to reflect the values of the company. The use of natural materials, simple and clear aesthetic choices and a generous use of space were the primary drivers. The interior is a mix of a small palette of materials - white stucco walls, exposed concrete, polished timber, antique-finish black granite and clear glass.
A response was made to stunning views of the Varthur lake and the objective of getting as much natural light into the heart of the plan as possible by using clear curved glass enclosures along the periphery of the office and locating the large conference rooms and senior offices appropriately.
